1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using AutonoOS products and services available at getautonoos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

AutonoOS sells digital products including pre-built AI agent workspaces, templates, and related materials ("the Kit"). All products are delivered digitally via email upon confirmed payment.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. For Pro Kit subscribers, the monthly fee of $19.00 USD is billed automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day full refund if the product does not work as described. To request a refund, email autonoosbiz@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the AutonoOS Kit for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Kit templates with third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutonoOS products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or business results. AI tools and third-party platforms (including Lindy.ai) may change, which is outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutonoOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Third-Party Services

AutonoOS integrates with third-party platforms including Lindy.ai, Paddle, and others. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes to third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
