• Contract performance: To process your purchase, deliver your product, and manage your subscription
• Legitimate interest: To send you follow-up emails related to your purchase (Day 3 check-in, Day 7 support email) to help you successfully use the product
• Legal compliance: To maintain financial records as required by South African tax law
• Consent: If you voluntarily provide your email address to receive our free guide or marketing emails, we process it based on your consent which you may withdraw at any time

• To deliver your purchased product via email
• To send automated follow-up emails to help you set up the product (Days 3 and 7 after purchase)

• To send you a receipt and order confirmation via Lemon Squeezy

We share your personal information only with the following third-party service providers (Operators under POPIA) who process it on our behalf:

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Our service providers are based in the United States and European Union. When your personal information is transferred outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard equivalent to POPIA. We rely on the privacy policies and standard contractual commitments of our service providers listed above.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

• Purchase records: Retained for 5 years from the date of purchase for tax and legal compliance purposes
• Support emails: Retained for 2 years
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent

After these periods, your personal information is deleted from our systems.
