Refund Policy

AutonoOS offers a 30-day full refund if the system does not function as described in our product materials. We process all eligible refunds within 24 hours of the request.

1. When You Are Entitled to a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the AutonoOS system does not function as described — meaning the Make.com blueprint files cannot be imported, the automation scenarios do not operate as documented, or the product delivery system fails to deliver your kit.

To request a refund, email autonoosbiz@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase with a description of the specific issue. We will process your refund within 24 hours.

3. Max Kit Subscription Cancellation

The AutonoOS Max Kit includes a monthly subscription of $19/month. You may cancel this subscription at any time by logging into your Lemon Squeezy customer portal at autonoos.lemonsqueezy.com using your purchase email address.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider but typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
